Design: Two g of high molecular weight genomic DNA were fragmented with Cvaris g-Tube to generate the DNA fragments with mean size range of 8 to 12 kb. The fragmented DNA was subjected to the library preparation using Nanopore Genomic DNA Ligation Sequencing Kit (SQK-LSK109) and subsequently sequenced on a GridION sequencer with the MinION flow cell (R9.4.1).
